About us

La Découverte is a bilingual (French / English) primary and secondary school using active pedagogy.

We welcome approximately 330 students across three campuses: a primary school in Sécheron (Geneva), another in Mies (Vaud), and a secondary school in Varembé.

This position aims to reinforce our teams at the secondary school campus.

 

Conditions :

• Workload: : 20%
• Working time: During the midday break (approx. 2 hours per day)
• Location : Varembé (Geneva)

Requirements

• Fluency in French; English is a plus
• Previous experience in a secondary school setting
• Reliability, energy, and ease with teenagers
• Good organizational skills and team spirit
• Ability to enforce rules with kindness and respect
•  

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth transitions during lunchtime
• Supervise students and contribute to a calm, respectful atmosphere
• Assist with tidying and cleaning the used spaces
•
